Privacy Policy

JobReadyIQ (“JobReadyIQ,” “we,” “us”) builds AI construction estimating and takeoff software for contractors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.

The short version

• Your plans are never used to train any AI model— ours or anyone else’s.
• Uploaded plans live in infrastructure you control and can audit.
• You can delete your plans and your account on demand.

What we collect

• Account information — name, business name, email, and phone number you provide when you sign up.
• Plans and files you upload — the drawings, plan sets, and documents you submit for analysis, and the takeoffs and reports we generate from them.
• Usage data — how you interact with the product, so we can fix problems and improve it.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use it

To provide the service: analyze the plans you submit, generate estimates and code-cited checklists, run your account, take payment, provide support, and send you service and (if you opt in) marketing messages. We do not sell your personal information.

How your plans are handled

The drawings and plan sets you upload are confidential. We use them only to produce the output you asked for. They are neverused to train AI models — ours or any third party’s. They are stored in infrastructure you can audit and are deletable on demand.

Service providers

We share data with the vendors that run the product on our behalf — cloud hosting and database storage, our payment processor, communications/CRM tooling, and product analytics. They may process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy obligations.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correct, or export your account information.
• Delete your plans and your account.
• Opt out of marketing email and SMS at any time (see our SMS terms).

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete plans or close your account, we remove the associated data on a reasonable schedule.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
