• Communication Services: SMS, email, and voice communication tools
• Estimating Calculators: Trade-specific cost estimation tools

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We use AI and public data sources to generate assessments. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of assessments
• Assessments should not be the sole basis for decisions
• Local conditions, permits, and regulations may vary
• Professional inspections are recommended

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by JobReadyIQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Software, code, and algorithms
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• User interface design
• Training materials and documentation

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Services.

You represent that you have the right to submit all content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobReadyIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
