These terms govern your use of JobReadyIQ. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you’re using JobReadyIQ on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

What JobReadyIQ does

JobReadyIQ analyzes construction plans and produces takeoffs, estimates, and code-cited checklists. The output is a starting point you review and own — it is not a guaranteed quantity, a final bid, or professional, engineering, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the output and for any bid, contract, or work decision you make from it.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and your account information accurate. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use JobReadyIQ to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload content you don’t have the right to upload, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the plans and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your plans to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

Billing and trials

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription. Free trials run as described at signup (run a set number of plans, no card required); we won’t auto-charge a trial without your consent. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI output can be incomplete or wrong; always field-verify before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobReadyIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from bids, contracts, or work based on the output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and notify active accounts of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
